Saat ini Ustadz Yusuf Mansur menjadi pimpinan dari Pondok Pesantren Darul Quraan dan pengajian Wisata Hati. Ia juga membuat program pembibitan penghafal quran dan laboratorium sedekah. Ustadz Yusuf Mansur bahkan merintis Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika bersama dua orang temannya dan ia kemudian mulai kuliah lagi di Universitas Trisakti dengan mengambil jurusan ekonomi makro syariah dan merintis berbagai macam usaha.
