Yusuf Mansur atau Jam’an Nurkhatib Mansur (lahir di Jakarta, 19 Desember 1976; umur 40 tahun) adalah seorang tokoh pendakwah, penulis buku dan pengusaha dari Betawi, sekaligus pimpinan dari pondok pesantren Daarul Quran Ketapang, Cipondoh, cikarang Tangerang dan pengajian Wisata Hati. Terlahir dengan nama Jam’an Nurkhatib Mansur. Ia lahir dari keluarga Betawi berkecukupan pasangan Abdurrahman Mimbar dan Humrifíah dan sangat dimanja orang tuanya. Sejak kecil, ia anak yang cerdas, sehingga nampak kecerdasannya itu dari cara menangkap pelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Chairiyah Mansuriyah Jembatan Lima, Tambora Jakarta Barat. (Didirikan oleh Uyutnya, K.H. Muhammad Mansur yang dikenal dengan panggilan, Guru Mansur, yang belakangan dikelola oleh Uwanya, K.H. Ahmadi Muhammad. Yusuf Mansur memanggilnya, Ayah Mamat).
