Chale Keyboard is an Android keyboard designed to enable the use of special Ghanaian language characters in texting. You can now use your favourite characters such as 'Ɛ' and 'Ɔ' when texting on WhatsApp, Tweeting or posting on Facebook and many more. It works for all applications and for all social media.
--Known Issues--
*After updating to this new version, you might have to restart the keyboard from the App icon or from Settings > Input > Keyboard and Input methods > Current Keyboard > Chale keyboard
*Some HTC phones may not support caps version of 'Ɛ' and 'Ɔ'
How to install Chale Keyboard APK for Android [menu]

Update Phone Settings
