Champions Club Reward Program
A reward program developed for the internal employees of Ooredoo Indonesia.
-The program has a theme of Football with 5 Team participating in the Program.
-Goals are the KPIs assigned to the team.
-Every team has 7 segments and every segment has their own individual KPIs
-An individual has to complete their team KPIs to achieve their own individual KPI
