The Chess Engines application serves as a companion to a chess GUI application and is not intended for standalone use.
It lacks a graphical user interface, functioning solely as a collection of chess engines.
These engines can be employed by any Android chess application that offers a GUI for interacting with the chess engine through the OEX (Open Exchange) protocol.
The application bundles native executables for the following open source chess engines:

To utilize the chess engine with the aforementioned GUIs, navigate to the Engine Management Screen > Overflow Menu > Install Open Exchange Engine . From there, select the desired chess engine(s) for installation.
How to install Chess Engines APK for Android [menu]
Download Chess Engines APK file (com.lucian.musca.chess.engines_2_80169186.zip) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Download Split APKs Installer (SAI)
- Download and unzip file you already downloaded (com.lucian.musca.chess.engines_2_80169186.zip)
- Open Split APKs Installer and follow steps on this app.
