The application makes it possible to call with affordable tariffs from any number in the world to Tajikistan to any mobile or fixed phone numbers that are not registered in “Чи ГаР” application. You can use “Чи ГаР” on your phone as well as on your PC. After registration is completed, “Чи ГаР” application uses Tcell number (992) ххххххххх for user identification. Application automatically synchronizes with user’s phone contact lists and automatically shows which of your contacts use “Чи ГаР” application on their phones.
