With some practice, you can train your ear to identify chord changes in the music around you. This aural skill allows you to learn songs before you even pick up your instrument.
Developing a good musical ear can be a daunting task, but our app makes it easy to get started. You don't need to know music theory or have prior experience with ear training to benefit from using ChordX. Unlike many other ear training apps, ChordX is focused on a single exercise making it the perfect introduction to ear training. The exercise starts out extremely simple, and the app adjusts the difficulty as you go. The more advanced you are, the more challenging it becomes.
