Chromaphage is a strategic turn-based game of territorial acquisition. On a random board of coloured tiles pick a colour to take all the cells of that colour you're touching and expand to own most of the board before the other player. Choose carefully to maximise your own area and restrict the other player.
Chromaphage supports both hot-swap two-player games on one device and single-player games against several levels of AI.
Mix and match different game modes:
- Mirror the board so both players get the same layout, or randomise it completely.
- Turn on the fog of war to hide distant cells, or leave it off to see the whole board to plan your strategy.
- Enable score bonuses for controlling different areas or hampering your opponent.
- Make your own custom boards to play on in the scenario editor.
Do any combination of these either single-player or with a friend. Chromaphage keeps track of your game statistics so you can see your progress as you master the game.
