The CHW Family Planning app was developed has been developed for Pathfinder International Tanzania for Tuungane / EENT / LCWT project that combines health, family planning, and natural resource management in short called PHE. The app is used by Community Health Workers (CHWs) to enumerate all households in their catchment area and provide family planning services in the community.
