The Cinch Pro mobile app enables your company and technicians to view and update all Cinch On-Demand jobs assigned to you from Cinch Home Services, all with an app in your pocket!
Providing your technicians with the ability to rapidly update jobs and submit estimates on the go is top priority for your company and our mobile app helps support this effort. Technicians will now be able to:
*View all jobs assigned in simple and unified dashboards
*Today's scheduled jobs, organized by the time that the job is scheduled for
*Quickly contact customers to ask them any questions or let them know you are on the way
*Confirm new jobs with a single click
*Rapidly transition through statuses of the job from your dashboard or in the detailed view of the job
*Connect to your Maps app with the customer's address filled in for you
*Simple diagnosis and photo capture of work completed for customers
*Easily provide estimates to customers and payment collection directly in app
*Automatically generate your invoices to Cinch to have your company paid quickly
Note: Please ensure your technicians have a registered account in the Cinch Pro app. The same credentials from the Cinch Pro web app will be used for mobile app access.
