O programa EDP 365 pretende dinamizar a importância de reforçar a cultura "Centrada no Cliente" enquanto impulsionadora da transformação do Negócio, alicerçando-o numa Organização (Pessoas, Processos e Sistemas) ainda mais focada em atingir e superar as expectativas dos clientes.
A APP do evento vai disponibilizar informação aos convidados sobre a agenda, o local de realização e os participantes. Vai permitir que os participantes façam o seu check-in com QRCode, tenham acesso a experiências únicas de realidade aumentada, respondam a inquéritos de satisfação e participem na dinâmica EDP 365. The EDP 365 program aims to boost the importance of strengthening the culture "Customer-centric" while driving the transformation of the business, basing it in an organization (People, Processes and Systems) even more focused on achieving and exceeding customer expectations.
APP event will provide information to the guests on the agenda, venue of and participants. Will allow participants to do their check-in with QRCode, have access to unique experiences of augmented reality, respond to satisfaction surveys and participate in the dynamic EDP 365.
