It is a single point communication solution. Registered sellers will tell their clients to download this app to communicate with their sellers. This app is most suitable for regular and maintenance type of services where clients need to communicate frequently with the service providers. It is a pairing app, so MerchantTell app is its complementary app on play store and App store also, which will have to be downloaded by merchants to communicate with their regular customers.
