The pieces with different color blocks will fall. Arrange them in a way that 4 or more blocks in the same color lay to next to each other in any shape.
Are you bored just matching colors?
Then plan your pieces to fall in a way it triggers chain reactions. You score will go up exponentially when you trigger more chain reactions in one turn.
How you trigger chain reaction? You will learn it from the tutorial at the start of the game.
