With this app by the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention & Control, you can keep tabs on wildfires and relief efforts across the state of Colorado with Colorado Wildfire Watch.
Natural disasters can wreak havoc on communities and homes, not to mention wildlife. In the midst of a fire, there is often confusion and information tends to be lacking. Our hope is to provide a go-to resource that will allow you to stay up-to-date on what's happening across the state with regard to wildfires.
Here's what you'll get:
- A list of all active fires across Colorado, with descriptions, evacuation and contact information, containment and personnel numbers, and more.
- Map with all active fires and evacuation centers plotted on it, and the ability to tap a location on the map and get details and directions for each location
