En fin de semaine, vous répondez à une évaluation sur chacune des notifications que vous avez reçues. Vous pouvez même laisser des commentaires ou faire des suggestions pour enrichir la base des notifications proposées.
Mode d’emploi :
Allez dans mon coach personnel. Sélectionnez la couleur (le type) dont vous voulez prendre soin. Allez ensuite dans réglages et « Activez la réception des notifications » puis indiquez l’heure à laquelle vous souhaitez recevoir votre notification.

Go to my personal coach. Select the color (type) you want to protect. Then go to settings and "Enable the receipt of notifications" and specify the time at which you want to receive notification.
