Estos conductores deben estar organizados en cooperativas y dichas cooperativas deben disponer del software de gestión y control con el cual se complementa esta app. Además los usuarios que descarguen esta aplicación deben contar con un Usuario y Clave previamente dado por el personal autorizado de su cooperativa.
