The Connect Personal Exercise Program (PEP) app is dedicated to improving the health and fitness of patients of Connect’s physiotherapy services.
The App was created by chartered physiotherapists for people of all ages and types of injuries and provides you with HD video exercises to follow as prescribed by your physiotherapist.
The app is designed to put you in control of your exercise programme and recovery; your prescribed exercises are stored within the app so you can complete your exercises anytime and anywhere.
The app features:
• Exercise videos - Video exercises and instructions personalised to you that have been prescribed by your physiotherapist. Completing your exercises correctly will ensure you recover faster from your injury.
• Your statistics - This gives you a log of your personal exercise program and how you felt when completing your exercises.
• Exercise diary - This logs the days you have completed your prescribed exercise program and lets you add notes and set reminders for you to complete your exercises.
• Injury prevention videos - A choice of most commonly using stretching videos to keep you in top condition.
