O eleitor que souber qual é o seu local de votação poderá votar na eleição mesmo sem o título eleitoral - bastará levar qualquer documento oficial com foto.
Para justificar a ausência (casos de eleitores que estão fora do domicílio eleitoral), é preciso saber o número do título de eleitor. View your area, polling and address of your polling place.
