This is a simple soundboard that was made for a few friends. It is called Cool Irritating Soundboard (CIS) not because of the sounds, but the app itself. This app if more of a gag for family and friends but am sharing it. Features:

All sound files are stored locally and do not need internet connectivity. We will only add sounds at the request of our friends / coworkers. The top feature of this app is the layout, where all the sounds are grouped via category, and all sounds are not just displayed on the screen like other soundboards. This makes it easier and faster to get to the sounds you needs, quickly.
