האפליקציה מאפשרת לפתוח ולקרוא החלטות חתומות בסמארטפון, אשר נשלחו למייל באמצעות מערכת נט המשפט.
אפליקציית Court Reader משמשת פריצת דרך בנגישות להחלטות בית המשפט, בכל מקום בארץ ובעולם.
עד היום לא התאפשר לעורך/ת הדין לפתוח את ההחלטות החתומות באמצעות הסמארטפון, והיה צורך לפתוח את ההחלטות החתומות רק במחשב נייח או נייד.
האפליקציה תומכת בפתיחת קבצים חתומים בפורמט sgn שאינם מצריכים שימוש בכרטיס חכם.
