You will need two different fabrics for this project. First, measure the breast area of the doll, then make a strapless corset by cutting and sewing the fabric to fit on it. Now, cut another cloth in the shape of an umbrella to make the bottom of the dress. Sew the skirt and wrap the bottom part neatly. Attach the skirt to the corset, and sew long zip in the corset area.
