ติดตามสุขภาพของท่าน ด้วย application ของเราโดยกรอกข้อมูล น้ำหนัก ส่วนสูง ดัชนีมวลกาย ความดันโลหิต อัตราการเต้นของหัวใจ ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ระดับน้ำตาลสะสม ระดับไขมันในเลือด ระดับยาป้องกันเลือดแข็งตัวสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะ (atrial fibrillation)
ท่านสามารถประเมินความเสี่ยงในการเป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมองด้วยตนเองได้
ใน Application มีคำแนะนำในการดูแลรักษาภาวะผิดปกติ อย่างง่ายๆ เช่น ภาวะน้ำหนักเกินเกณฑ์ ภาวะความดันโลหิตสูง ภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงหรือต่ำเกินไป หรือภาวะไขมันในเลือดสูง
การแสดงผลข้อมูลในรูปแบบตารางหรือกราฟของปัจจัยต่างๆ แสดงออกมาอย่างง่ายและสบายตา
ท่านสามารถลงข้อมูลการรับประทานยา บันทึกผลข้างเคียงของยา และบันทึกข้อมูลหรือคำถามที่ท่านต้องการถามแพทย์ที่ตรวจรักษาใน application มีคำถาม คำตอบที่น่ารู้ น่าสนใจ ของโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง
