-This application is meant for Cuuma Communications Oy business users.
-The main propose of the application is to report the user call state and update the office pbx with the mobile extension presence information.
- Sometimes during the working day the worker need to call a customer and would like the customer to see the office phone number rather than the worker GSM mobile number. For that we use data call back or call throe features. When a worker place call out he will be prompt to choose if dial the number using regular gsm call or use the call back feature. If the worker choose call back we pass the call info over 3G to the pbx that will call the worker back and to the customer he wish to call. Pbx will connect the two calls, while on the worker mobile we answering automatically the income call from the PBX and the worker get the ring back tone of the call to the customer.
For the worker all the process is just like a regular call from the phone book as one stage dial.
Call back feature can save for the user a lot of money when roaming abroad when usually an income call abroad cost half a price than outgoing call.
- Users of the application can activate the short dial features to call other workers in the company like they are using the desk phone extension in the office.
Send Call state : Ring, On call or Idle.
Send participant phone number to pbx.
Data call back for hiding gsm number from customers.
Disa access number with DTMF sending (2 stage dialing).
