Track and compare all your indoor sessions - use our awesome features to help you train smart. Everyone is a champion at some point on the indoor trainer.
This is not only a very motivating way to train indoors, but you have a Olympic coach helping, with training advice along the way.
Tracking and monitoring your training progress is essential for best results. The cycle coach app makes it easy and has system’s set up to give you all the feedback needed to excel.

DESIGN YOUR ON WORKOUT SCREEN
Design the training screen for you. No need having details you don’t want. In our setting screen you can simply activate or inactivate cells for your training screen…pretty cool…
WATCH THE SESSION UNRAVEL
Push the start button and be amazed at the screen… Follow the progress bar or watch your speed, distance, time, power (perceived or actual), heart rate and calories. We also give you suggested GEAR and PRE (perceived rate of exertion) intensities. Hit your cadence with the help of our pulsing Cadence indicator.
TEST AND MONITOR YOURSELF
With an in built Fitness / Zone test and Zone calculator you will no longer be unsure of your correct training zones. Each session, you have the ability to add personnel indicators, this giving you more feedback on sessions over a time.
Recovery time after intervals is a great indicator of fitness - this is why we have built in a recovery test, which will help you get to your event in top form.
