Data Settings is just a shortcut to the data management settings page, to allow you to enable or disable the data connection and/or the 2G in two clicks.

How to install Data Settings APK for Android [menu]
Download Data Settings APK file (com.remifayolle.android.datasettings_5_165470.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
