De VERS-app wordt gebruikt bij de Vaardigheidstraining Emotie Regulatiestoornis (VERS-training). Door het dagelijks invullen van Situatiepannen en wekelijks invullen van de VERS-schaal krijg je een goed overzicht over het verloop en de hoogte van je emotieproblemen en welke vaardigheden helpen om emoties beter te reguleren.
De VERS-app ondersteuning biedt bij het opstellen van:
1. Situatiepannen
2. Week-overzichten van Situatiepannen
3. Emotie Hanteringsplannen
4. VERS-Schalen
5. Gedragsvaardigheidprioriteiten
6. Schema's
Alles kan overzichtelijk worden opgeslagen en kan altijd weer worden bekeken en (her)gebruikt. Tevens kan alles netjes worden afgedrukt en/of in een vorm beschikbaar worden gemaakt die aan belangstellenden kan worden verzonden.
Tevens zijn (gesproken) ontspaningsoefeningen beschikbaar.
