We use a blend of 100% “Real Dairy”, Provolone and Mozzarella cheese. Our Pizza has won numerous awards Like “Best Pizza” in Cleveland Ohio in 1990 and 1991,” Best Pizza” at the Nation Association of Pizza operators in Columbus Ohio in 2005 and Our Greatest Award, “Best Pizza In the USA” in Italy in 2005.
