Das speziell für diese App entwickelte Video-Trainingsprogramm beginnt mit 30 Übungen für daheim und das Büro. Zwei zusätzliche Programme richten sich an Ausdauersportler und Yoga-Interessierte, ein weiteres dient der Entspannung. Das Video-Training sorgt für eine Mobilisierung, Stabilisierung und Kräftigung des Rückens - und spricht alle wichtigen Muskelgruppen an.
Das Video-Programm wurde von einer zertifizierten Rückenschullehrerin entwickelt und vom Rückenzentrum am Michel in Hamburg begutachtet.
Zudem sind alle Inhalte in dieser App von Fachmedizinern sowie der GEO-WISSEN-Verifikationsabteilung überprüft worden.

The specially developed for this app video training program begins with 30 exercises for home and office. Two additional programs are aimed at endurance athletes and yoga enthusiasts, another for relaxation. The video training provides a mobilization, stabilization and strengthening of the back - and appeals to all the major muscle groups.
The video program was developed by a certified school teacher back and inspected in Hamburg by Rückenzentrum am Michel.
In addition, all content in this app by medical professionals as well as the GEO-KNOW-verification department have been checked.
