Design Your Body Academy is a platform granting members access to personal trainers who specifically create exercise programs and nutrition plans for your body type and your individual goals! These trainers stay in communication with clients about exercise progress, goals and results. Clients can take Design Your Body Academy anywhere as workouts can be accessed through personalized logins as well as via our app. Participants will have demonstrations and explanations of each workout built for them and their goals.
I recently launched this and my clients jumped on this huge opportunity! I had no idea that clients wanted to train with me but distance was their limiting factor. Now, with Design Your Body Academy, my clients can train with me when they are traveling for work, on vacation, or simply can't beat traffic across town.

Because this training is super specific, I'm only accepting a small number of people.

So you research famous sexy-looking people to find out what they did. You try it, and find out it was a sham because they probably took some form of pill or got surgery to fix their imperfections. BULL!

Design Your Body Academy is structured for the busy adult to complete structured, simple and concrete workouts 3 times per week to maximize time spent, calories burned, and muscle gained. Based on your goal, you will follow a simple but easy plan to step your way towards success, a better body, more confidence and a longer life.
