Dewtere Laamɗo is the Bible in Fulfulde. It is the Word of God. It's a book divided into two parts: The Old Testament and the New Testament. In the Old Testament are the books of Moses (Tawreeta), the Psalms (Jabuura), and the books of the Prophets (Annabaaɓe). The New Testament contains the Gospels (Linjiila), Acts (Golle Nullaaɓe) and the letters of the apostles. The whole New Testament has been translated into Burkina Faso Fulfulde, but the Old Testament is still being translated. However several books of the Old Testament are already available.
