Customer service is paramount at Direct Cars, and now we are able to offer the customer another easy way of booking their taxi at their own convenience with this exciting new app.
The app is completely integrated with Direct Cars’ intelligent and efficient dispatch system so once you have made your booking, a driver from our friendly fleet is dispatched in the usual way and you will receive a call or a text message confirming your booking with a unique job reference number.
Thanks to the Android’s GPS capabilities, you don’t even need to enter your address, just tap the map and the GPS system finds your current location.
As soon as your driver is on their way, you will receive a free call back or text detailing the car make, model and registration for your safety and peace of mind.
