This is a very simple app to turn off + lock the screen when clicked.
1. Go to App Drawer and click Display OFF application
2. Click "ENABLE" (it will ask you for permission)
3. Click "CREATE SHORTCUT"
4. Go do main screen where shortcut has been created and click the shortcut. The screen will turn off.
To Uninstall:
1. Go to App Drawer and select DIsplay OFF Minimal application
2. Click "DISABLE"
3. Then, uninstall like any other regular app.
Advantages:
1. Minimalistic: no unecessary graphics, minimal storage used.
2. Memory: the app closes after usage to free up memory.

Download Display OFF (minimal) APK file (com.display.off_1_303273.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
