First you should cut away 4" from the plastic bottle to form the base of the basket. Attach masking tape along the cut edge so that it will be smooth. Punch holes on two opposite sides of the basket with the puncher. Put a pipe cleaner through the holes to make a handle. You can then glue on various decorations that reflect the Easter holiday like stickers or recycled fancy paper cut into rabbit shapes or eggs. Now you can fill the basket with synthetic grass or decorated Easter eggs.
