Hac ve umre, namaz, oruç ve zekat gibi diğer ibadetlere nazaran sık aralıkla ifası mümkün olmayan ibadetlerdir. Özellikle günümüz şartlarında hac ibadetinin ömürde bir defa ifa edilebiliyor olması, bu ibadetlere ilişkin rehberlik ve eğitimin önemini daha da artırmaktadır. Başkanlığımız, bu ibadetleri yerine getiren/getirmek isteyen vatandaşlarımıza kutsal toprakların manevi heyecanını en üst seviyede yaşatabilmek gayreti içindedir. Söz konusu ibadetlerin doğru ve güncel dini bilgiler ışığında yapılabilmesi amacıyla bu uygulama hazırlanmıştır. Hac ve Umre Rehberi Mobil Uygulamasının hazırlanmasında, her yaşta ve her eğitim seviyesindeki vatandaşımızın kullanımı dikkate alınarak pratiklik ve kolaylık ilkeleri esas alınmıştır.
