DBTC is an app which helps you to complete your goals. Its effectiveness comes from a method called "chain". This method sets a number of days for each goal. Once you have create it, you need to verify its completeness everyday (In other words, don't smoke, continue with the diet, so on). If by any chance, you forget carry it out, you will "break the chain" and You'll have to start again with that one.
For example, let's create a new goal called "Stop smoking" and set the number of days to 21. The objective would be accomplish that goal during 21 days and stop smoking! Easy, right?
