The - DRIVE Electric for Tesla - Wear OS app puts owners in direct communication with their electric Tesla vehicles anytime, anywhere.

- Open a Homelink connected garage door.
- Enable sentry & remote keyless driving.
- Flash lights or honk horn to find your vehicle when parked.
- Vent or close windows or the panoramic roof (if any).
- Cold weather controls: Defrost, seat heaters and heated steering wheel.

No credentials are stored in this app or otherwise shared with any 3rd party or the developer. Only tokens are returned from the phone app and securely stored locally on your watch in the encrypted key manager provided by the OS. If you option to save the password for the Remote Start feature you do so at your own risk.
#1. In demo mode the demo vehicles are stationary and located in Oslo, Norway. Demo mode is for showcasing features and will not interact with a real vehicle.
#2. Turn on 'On Approach' by tapping the walking man symbol in the default command menu before you tap the desired command. The app will then start a 10 minute bluetooth scan for the vehicle. The command will be sent when you enter the bluetooth range of your vehicle. It currently detects cars with built-in Bluetooth LE connection (Model 3/Y & >2021 S/X). Keep in mind that the watch still needs internet access either through LTE or your mobile phone for this feature to work.
#3. Only devices equipped with a microphone and integrated Android speech engine. Not currently available on Galaxy Watch 4. Available in English and Norwegian spoken language.
QUICK INSTRUCTIONS
- Follow the instructions on the watch to sign in using the phone app.
- Once logged in, scroll down to see more climate- and charging information.
- Long-press icons on the home screen to send commands or scroll all the way up or down to reveal the settings- and extended command menus.
- In command menu, scroll and tap any command to execute. Long-press to add a command to the job queue, or to add bundled logical commands automatically (+ mode on selected commands).
- To use the On Approach feature the unique bluetooth id of your car must be configured and stored. Follow the instructions given by the app.
- Tap the mic icon (if available) to start a 5 sec long voice listener and send a command to the vehicle. (#4)
- To use the NFC feature - go to the Locks section of your car meny and add a new key card. Tap your watch on the NFC-reader between the front seats and confirm with an excisting key card when prompted.

The car manufacturer can at any point render this app useless by alter, stopping access to, or by any other means restrict access to the API used by this app. No refund will be given. Keep your official phone app available at all times.
Both the watch and the vehicle needs internet access either through Wifi, LTE or your mobile phone for this app to work as intended.
It is strongly advisable to protect your app or watch with PIN-code access in case your watch gets stolen as this app otherwise will give access to vital vehicle operations. The NFC key card functionality is not protected by the PIN-code access. Remove key access in the Locks section of the car.
