After you have download and install into your android smartphone, under your widget, you can find "DTC Torch Widget", touch+hold and drag onto your main screen, then you are set.
Instruction to use this application:
Touch the icon first time to turn your smartphone LED Flash ON.
Touch the icon second time to turn your smartphone LED Flash OFF.
Notification alert you and keep you reminded whenever the LED Flash is ON, so you will remember to turn it off when not needed and waste battery power.
