This simple application shows you a dial pad i.e. alpha-numeric keypad. It does NOT otherwise dial anything.
Some may find it useful as a reference for the ITU E.161 / ISO 9995-8 standard (in case your phone dialer app doesn't show the alpha numeric mappings.)
Aside from that, it's efficient, lightweight and ad-free!
