Ứng dụng tìm tài xẠ và khách hàng một cách dễ dàng.
1. Làm sao để đăng ký 1 tài khoản?
+)Đăng ký thông qua ứng dụng ( màn hình đăng ký).Có 2 đối tượng sử
dụng sản phẩm là khách hàng và lái xe, một tài khoản chỉ dùng cho một
đối tượng.
+)Số điện thoại là số duy nhất dùng cho một user.
+) Khi người dùng quên password sẽ gọi tới số 0978469856 để được
yêu cầu cấp lại password. Và sẽ được cho phép tạo lại tài khoản
mới với số điện thoại cũ. Khách hàng phải dùng chính số điện thoại
đăng ký gọi giải quyẠt yêu cầu mới được giải quyẠt.
2. Khi nào người dùng bị tính phí?
+) Người dùng tạo tài khoản là hoàn toàn miễn phí.
+) Đối tượng khách hàng dùng phần mềm hoàn toàn miễn phí.
+) Đối tượng lái xe được hiển thị dữ liệu cho người dùng tìm kiẠm
miễn phí 3 tháng đầu, sau đó phải trả phí để được người dùng
tìm kiẠm trên phần mềm.
+) Khi đăng ký là lái xe tham gia dịch vụ cần gửi ảnh CMT,ảnh chân dung

4. Khách hàng trả phí cho dịch vụ như thẠ nào?
