iFocus Mobile adalah aplikasi yang digunakan oleh field force untuk dapat menunjang kegiatan operasional sehari-hari. iFocus Mobile dilengkapi dengan fitur yang bermanfaat untuk menunjang pekerjaan field force. Ada beberapa fitur unggulan iFocus Mobile :
Feed
Pada halaman feed ini akan ditampilkan timeline yang terdiri dari beberapa jenis content yang ada di iFocus Mobile dan menampilkan content yang paling update. Pada halaman feed terdapat fungsi filter untuk content, kita dapat melakukan filter untuk content tertentu.
Journal
Fitur ini adalah sekumpulan journal yang berkaitan dengan masing-masing produk sebagai sarana penunjang materi untuk dishare ke customer. Field force dapat melakukan bookmark dan share content journal.
Video
Pada menu video ini berisi sekumpulan video sebagai sarana penunjang materi. Field force dapat melakukan bookmark dan share content video.
Product Knowledge
Menu product knowledge ini berisi list produk sesuai dengan lini masing-masing user. Pada setiap produk akan ada informasi detail mengenai produk yang terdiri dari deskripsi, product knowledge, video, brosur dan literature.
Group Chat
Fitur ini digunakan sebagai sarana komunikasi antar tim. Chat hanya dapat dilakukan dalam grup chat sesuai dengan masing-masing lini.
Call Plan Management
Fitur Call Plan Management mempermudah field force untuk melakukan planning dan realises kunjungan ke customer
