I wrote this app to help people doing the 'Egg Fast' to track their daily consumption.
Touch the plus sign next to each item to increase them throughout the day.
This is a free app sponsored by discrete ads, which I have kept out of your way.
I don't personally follow this plan, so if you have questions that are not about the app itself, there are many wonderful forums and sites on the web, that could better answer your questions.
