EmApp allows you to learn more about the nature and causes of unwanted emotional states, as well as find and implement the best techniques of dealing with emotions, if such emotions have negative impact on your life. After some self-improvement you will be able to consciously choose your state and you will no longer be the hostage of your character. Techniques for dealing with emotions are divided into three branches, depending on your ideology:
- Psychological methods;
- Christian practices;
- Alternative methods (East practices, Buddhism, spirituality, other religions and teachings).
EmApp Premium differs from EmApp Free in the lack of advertising banners and availability of all methods of dealing with emotions that are in our extensive database. We constantly keep updating our database with new emotions and techniques of dealing with them. Also, the application allows you to contact qualified specialists, who can help you should your self-directed attempt of dealing with emotions fail.
