Drive through real traffic jams, be extra careful on intersections, mind the traffic. You are playing against time and dense traffic. That's the real challenge. Sometimes it looks like impossible to get the ambulance to the person in need on time - just be smart and find another route! Get there before the police or firetruck! Be a modern day hero driving the ambulance! Emergency team in the back, doctor gets the medicines ready, medics are prepared for the action, all is in your hands - drive them safely to the accident place. EMS or NHS - no matter what country.
