QUIÉN ES SERGIO PEINADO?
Soy Licenciado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Entrenador personal certificado por la NSCA, una de las asociaciones más prestigiosas de entrenamiento personal a nivel internacional y especialista en acondicionamiento físico y entrenamiento de fuerza, denominado CSCS.
MI PROPIO CAMBIO
Antes que ser un entrenador, soy un ser humano normal que ha tenido etapas difíciles en su vida. Y esos momentos duros de mi vida desembocaron en comer en exceso… Lo que resultó que una persona como yo, de 1,78 llegase a pesar 105KG de peso corporal. Me sentía anímicamente mal. Notaba que tenía menos salud, me dolían las rodillas y la espalda. Y mi condición física era la peor que he tenido en mi vida.
