La seguente App si propone come ausilio ai Medici per l’indicazione alla terapia anticoagulante della Fibrillazione Atriale non valvolare, considerando la scheda tecnica e le disposizioni dell’AIFA relative alla prescrivibilità del Dabigatran (Pradaxa) , del Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) e dell'Apixaban (Eliquis) in Italia.
L’applicazione permette di calcolare lo score di rischio tromboembolico (CHADSVASC), di rischio emorragico (HASBLED) e del filtrato glomerulare (COCKCROFT-GAULT) e il dosaggio dei tre nuovi anticoagulanti orali.
