FIDEPUNTOS CLUB es un programa diseñado para premiar la lealtad de los clientes de telefonía móvil Prepago, Postpago e Internet móvil 4G prepago y 4G postpago, mediante la acumulación de puntos por consumo.
Podrás suscribirte GRATUITAMENTE a través de la APP. Por cada boliviano que gastes en llamadas salientes, SMS, megas en navegación o compra de bolsas acumularás 5 puntos. No se contabilizan los bolivianos gastados provenientes de crédito bonificado.
En Pre Pago: Por llamadas locales salientes, envío de SMS, Megas de navegación y/o por compras de bolsas.
En Post Pago: Por el pago de facturas hasta el día 20 de cada mes, por la recarga de tarjetas una vez consumido su crédito.
Podrás verificar que premios están disponibles según los puntos que hayas acumulado y reservarlos en caso que desees canjearlo en la tienda donde el premio esté disponible.
De manera adicional, a través de la app podrás verificar cómo obtuviste el total de los puntos acumulados y calcular la cantidad de puntos que recibirás si gastas la cantidad del crédito que cargues.
