The app appears to be a functional lockscreen that only you can get past by using your fingerprint, even though it is only a trick! While running, this app will disable default your lock screen, so follow the instructions to exit the app!
You can set the app to run like your default lock screen if you want, which will disable your default lock screen until you de-activate the app again and will pop up any time your regular lock screen would. Although it looks and functions pretty convincingly, this app is NOT a replacement for a secure lock screen and is for entertainment purposes only.

This is a very effective prank, but this is not a real fingerprint scanner! That is not currently possible with consumer hardware, but the app does a great job fooling anyone! The app is supported by in-app banners, but has no annoying popups, videos, or push ads!
There are all sorts of options in the settings menu, but there is also a trick to get there. Follow the in-app instructions to get to the settings menu where you can customize positions of things, like the texts, time and date, fake scanner area position, hidden button location, etc.
