It is the timer and counter which are used for muscle training, a stretch, etc.
The number of times and Cycle time can be set up for every movement item.
$$ The operation method
(1)Initial registration/edit of a movement item
The tap of the movement item name of a starting screen is carried out.
A new addition button and the item list registered are displayed.
=>Please refer to Fig. 1.
The tap of the suitable movement item name is carried out from a list.
The screen which inputs cycle time and the number of times of a set appears.
=>Please refer to Fig. 2.
Registration is completed by push "Setup" button .
Deletion is also possible.
=>Please refer to Fig. 3.
(2)Execution of a movement item
Operation of (1) is performed and a movement item is chosen.
A start button is pushed and it is execution.

(3)The check of the number of accumulation sets
A push on the Status button under a screen will display the number of accumulation sets.
