Fitness Factory, is een fitnesscentrum waar u alles van uw gading kunt vinden. We werken samen met diverse fysiotherapeuten in Aalst en Waalre.
Er is werkelijk alles aanwezig aan apparatuur om het volledige lichaam te trainen voor elke gewenste doelstelling. Met de professionele begeleiding van trainers met jaren ervaring met als specialiteit fitness kunt u alle doelen bereiken, of het nu gaat om gewichtsafname of revalidatie na een operatie of ongeval
Sinds kort is het cardio segment uitgebreid met meer loopbanden en de nieuwste crosstrainers, waarop u uw gehele lichaam kunt trainen. Een fittest is ook mogelijk.
Onze groepslessen, Thai boksen, Pilates, Spinning, Body Shape, Body Pumping en Body Balance zijn gevarieerd en nooit saai. Doordat we veel toestellen hebben hoeft u nooit te wachten
