FitStudios Trainer is a free searchable fitness library made up of exercise and workout content created by personal trainers from FitStudios in Markham, Ontario, Canada. There are over 250 exercises and some workouts available for free and with no sign up, and users can unlock over 1400 exercises and 150 workouts with a Premium subscription. The library is always growing with new content curated from FitStudios trainers.
FitStudios members and partners can easily search for exercises based on muscle, equipment, or core movement, or workouts based on fitness level, equipment or duration. View exercise videos, pictures and written instructions, along with the sets and reps/time for workouts.
The app can help guide members on proper exercise selection or to make a list of their favourite exercises and workouts for in FitStudios or in-home programs. The app will connect users with a FitStudios trainer for a custom workout program and/or online support.
See samples of the FitStudios bootcamps, get a strength program to go along with your classes, or use it to get programming if you can not make it into the facility. Any way, the app is a perfect complement to your FitStudios experience.
